For your comfort and safety, we require all clients to wear grip socks during equipment classes. If you don't have your own, we offer high-quality grip socks for purchase in the studio.
All members receive a complimentary pair of grip socks as part of their membership. Please make sure to ask at the front desk if you haven't received your socks yet.
A few other tips:
Attire:
We want you to feel confident in what you wear to class. To get the most from your workout, we recommend form-fitting, comfortable athletic wear that allows your instructor to provide precise feedback on your form and alignmentHydration:
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. We have a water filter system in the studio as well as bottles of water for sale.Towels:
We recommend that you bring your own towel if you like using one, but it’s not necessary. We will be adding a towel service to the studio soon!Your First Class:
Your first visit to ALIGN is special, and we want to ensure you feel completely prepared and confident. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled class time – this allows time for our team to:
Welcome you properly to our community
Introduce you to your instructor
Complete any necessary forms
Familiarize yourself with our studio and equipment
This preparation time is essential for your safety and comfort, which is why we cannot accommodate late arrivals for first-time clients. If you happen to arrive late, don't worry – we'll happily return your class credit and help you book a more suitable time.
-
We have all been late (at least once in our lives!) and circumstances beyond our control happen, because… life. Knowing this, we’ve designed our late arrival policy to ensure every client receives the full benefits of our signature workout.
Late Arrival
If you’re running late, please call us at the studio at 609-921-1400 to let us know so that we can help manage expectations
We offer a 5-minute grace period from class start time; if you slide in at 7:04am for your favorite 7:00am class, the spot is still yours!
Arriving five minutes after the class has started is considered a late arrival and you will not be allowed to join the class at that point. This is for your safety and giving you and all members the optimal experience.
Your class credit will be forfeited (but don't worry, no extra fees) and your spot may go to someone on the waitlist.
We'll happily help you book your next session at the front desk.
Need to Cancel?
Plans change and we totally get it! Here's what you need to know to change or cancel a class:
We maintain a 12-hour cancellation window to keep things fair for everyone, especially members who are on the waitlist for a class.
Changing or canceling a class is easy! Open the Momence app or log in to our website's "Schedule" section to cancel or change a class.
Late Cancellation
A late cancellation is defined as a class that is canceled less than 12 hours from the class start time. For example, if you cancel a class at 10 PM the night before a 6 AM class occurring the next day, it is considered a late cancellation because it is inside the 12-hour cancellation window.
You will incur a $25 fee for the late cancellation but you will not lose your class credit.
Members get one free late cancelation every 3 months. After the first late cancellation, you will be charged.
This policy is subject to change if we observe a high number of late cancellations occurring and we will notify all members of changes to the policy.
No-Show (Missed Class)
A no-show is defined as a member not canceling their class and not showing up for the class.
Class package holders will lose the credit. Members will be charged $25.
Private lessons incur the full fee for a no-show. If the fee has not yet been paid for any reason, you will be billed and unable to return to the studio until the fee is paid.
No-shows always incur a fee, even for members. Please let us know if you’re not coming!
This policy is subject to change if we observe a high number of no-shows occurring and we will notify all members of changes to the policy.
Extenuating Circumstances
Under the weather? Injured? Family emergency? Need to head out of town unexpectedly? Just reach out — we're always happy to work with you in these situations. We absolutely get that life is unpredictable and true emergencies and situations happen to all of us. Please call us at the studio at 609-921-1400 or email ginger@alignmethodstudio.com when you are able to do so.
If ALIGN Needs to Cancel
If we ever need to cancel a class, you'll get both an email and text message ASAP, and any credits will be returned to your account automatically.
If we ever need to cancel a private lesson, we will attempt to call you and then text/email you.
You will not be charged if there is a cancellation on our end.
If you are concerned about cancellations on our end due to weather or other circumstances, please email hello@aligmethodstudio.com, text 609-362-6600, or call 609-921-1400 during normal office hours of 9 AM to 5 PM.
We will try our best to make cancellations known as soon as possible. Things so do happen and we will do our best to not inconvenience you. We are a small team and a new studio, so please reach out to ginger@alignmethodstudio.com if you have any concerns about a cancellation you experienced.
Why These Policies Matter
When you can't make it to class, giving us a heads-up isn't just about policy—it's about community. Your spot could go to another member who's eager to join in. It helps our amazing instructors, who pour their energy into every class and count on your participation. And yes, it helps us keep the lights on so we can keep bringing you the exceptional experience you deserve.

We want your ALIGN experience to be seamless, including managing your membership. You can easily manage your membership through the app, here on the website, or by reaching out to us by email at hello@alignmethodstudio.com.
To ensure the highest level of service and account security, we process membership changes, including cancellations, through two channels: your online account or written notice to our team via email at least 30 days before your renewal date.
For your convenience, all membership details are outlined in your Membership Agreement during the purchase process and in our Terms of Service. We encourage you to review these terms to make the most of your ALIGN experience. If you need support, stop by the studio during our open hours, give us a call, or send an email. We’re happy to help. And while we love connecting with you on social media, we're unable to process account changes through those platforms. We will direct you to this page for information on how to manage your account if you contact us through a social media platform.
How to Use the Waitlist
We absolutely encourage using the waitlist feature in the app. It's a wonderful way to secure your spot in our popular classes and helps us tailor our schedule - add more classes! - to serve you better. To join a waitlist, simply click “Join the Waitlist" online or the “Waitlist” button when you a class you want to join is showing as filled.
When you join a waitlist:
Our system automatically enrolls members based on the order you signed up.
You'll receive an email notification when you're successfully added to class.
The auto-enrollment system closes 60 minutes before class begins; this means if you’re enrolled, you’ll have at least an hour of notice.
You can monitor your position and see how many others are waiting.
Important note: If you can no longer attend a class, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid late cancellation or no-show fees. The same late cancellation and no-show policies listed above apply to waitlisted spot

We're committed to creating a studio space where our community can fully indulge in their workout and enjoy their time away from the daily demands of life. To protect everyone's experience, we ask our community to respect the following policies.
All video recording, photography, audio recording, and social media streaming of our classes (both in-studio and online) require advance written approval from our Studio Operations team. Please ask the front desk, a manager, or the owner for permission to film. If the front desk is not available or present to authorize this request, then filming is not permitted. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Our instructors are focused on delivering an exceptional class experience and cannot authorize recording requests, especially before class.
We love and welcome your workout selfies! We welcome you to capture your ALIGN moments before or after class, provided you have consent from any members who may appear in your photos.
Make sure to tag us on Facebook at ALIGN Method Studio and on Instagram @alignmethodstudio. Use the hashtag #getALIGNed to connect with our commuity.
To maintain our premium environment and protect our intellectual property, we take these guidelines seriously. Violations may result in membership termination and possible legal action.
