With over 40 classes each week, finding a time that works for your schedule has never been easier. Once you step into the studio, our team is here to ensure your time at ALIGN is truly the best hour of your day.
Start your day strong with classes beginning at 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
If there's a demand for even earlier classes, let us know—we’ll be adding more morning and afternoon options throughout the spring.
End your day on a high note with evening classes starting at 5:30 PM.
Make time for both workouts and weekend vibes with weekend classes starting at 8:00 AM and running into the early afternoon.

The complete class schedule will be released in late March via email, text, social media, and the app. Once it’s live, you’ll be able to start booking classes right here.
And there’s more to come! Yoga and barre classes are launching in summer 2025.
Private Lessons
Private and duet sessions are available based on instructor availability and the studio schedule.
These sessions can typically be booked:
Monday–Thursday: 7AM–9PM
Friday: 7AM–7PM
Saturday–Sunday: 8AM–4PM
We ask that private sessions be scheduled at least a few days in advance to give instructors time to prepare.
